The rules are multiplying faster than we can examine them. We absorb them on autopilot, and wonder why we feel fragmented, exhausted, and disconnected from what we actually want.

You have built something that looks impressive on paper. You are doing everything ‘right’. But something fundamental feels off:

Who am I?
Breaking The Rules is an innovative project run by Counselling Psychologist Dr Natalie Chambers. HPCP Registered & BPS Chartered, she has worked in the field of mental health for more than 20 years.
